Every Indegeon is continuously encouraged to upgrade his/her knowledge, skills, and understanding of the landscape in which we deliver our solutions and services.

There are several ongoing training programs that are designed for every employee to upgrade his/her scientific, technical, and soft skills. These programs often include sessions/ workshops by industry experts and eminent professionals.
