Manish oversees the entire business of the Indegene group of companies. As one of the cofounders and the CEO of Indegene, he is responsible for the company's strategy, its global operations, investments in new businesses and technology, M&A activities, and investor relations. He has an enviable track record in multinational organizational development and is acknowledged as a thought leader in conceptualizing solutions to address current and future challenges for the global healthcare industry. Prior to cofounding Indegene, Manish was associated with Infosys Technologies. He is a BTech graduate from IIT-BHU, India and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from IIM Ahmedabad (1998), India. He is the recipient of the Young Alumni Award for Entrepreneurship from IIM Ahmedabad, India and the Distinguished Alumnus Award from IIT-BHU, India.
Dr Rajesh Nair is one of the cofounders of the company, and as the President, he is responsible for new strategic initiatives, especially as they relate to the company's solutions in RWD-driven R&D for the life sciences. Prior to cofounding Indegene, Dr Nair headed the Biotech division of the Sarabhai Group. He is a physician by training, having earned the MBBS degree from GMC Trivandrum, India. He then pursued MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (1997), India.
Dr Sanjay Parikh, one of the cofounders of Indegene, is responsible for global business development, strategic account management, and other long-term strategic initiatives within the organization. He has more than 25 years of experience in strategy, business development, and operations in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and healthcare industries across the most developed and developing markets. Prior to joining Indegene, Dr Parikh was a healthcare venture partner at a large British venture capital firm. He is a BTech graduate in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India, an MS graduate in Clinical Engineering from the Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, and a PhD holder in Biomedical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, MD.
Gaurav is one of the cofounders of Indegene and heads the company's co-commercialization business while also driving new business development. Over the last 20 years, Gaurav has led Indegene's sales and business development efforts in the APAC region, including China, in European and North American regions. He is the architect of Indegene's co-commercialization capabilities and is responsible for partnering with senior commercial leaders of pharma, biotech, and medical devices companies to help drive revenue growth for their products across their life cycle. Prior to joining Indegene, Gaurav held various marketing positions in the Indian pharma industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from St John's College, Bangalore, India, and an MBA degree from ENPC, Paris.
Anand is one of the cofounders and heads the global delivery operations of Indegene including processes, quality, and people development. In particular, he is responsible for the R&D, Clinical and Medical capabilities, and leads cross-functional teams that bring strategy, subject expertise, and technologies together to create IP in this space and craft solutions for life sciences clients worldwide. With over 27 years of experience in clinical research, pharma sales, and marketing, he has been successful in managing products from development to commercialization. Prior to joining Indegene, Anand managed the neuropsychiatry product portfolio of Micro Labs Ltd. He holds a master's degree in Pharmacy from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and an MBA degree from B.K. School of Business Management, Ahmedabad, India.
Sameer is the head of the Enterprise Medical Business Unit at Indegene focusing on services to Medical Affairs, Safety, Regulatory, and Market Access organizations in life sciences companies. Sameer drives the overall P&L through sales and marketing efforts, capability building, innovation, and delivery. He is also integrating a new acquisition in Pricing, Reimbursement, and Market Access (value proposition, capability mix, resourcing, external partnership, and key client wins) to increase market penetration and drive business growth.
Sameer has over 25 years of experience both in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in the services side. Prior to joining Indegene, Sameer has served a variety of leadership roles in companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and Sudler & Hennessey. His expertise lies in building long-term strategic client relationships, developing strategic road maps for sustained business growth, and effectively executing against set objectives.
Sameer holds an MBA in Marketing with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology.
Vivek is a member of management team at Indegene, heading the Enterprise Commercial Business globally, partnering with biopharmaceutical and med-tech companies to design and implement Enterprise and Operating Model Transformations around Digital, Customer Experience, Omnichannel Engagement, Patient Engagement, Marketing Operations, Content and Digital Supply Chain, Technology, and Data apart from Advanced Analytics.
Vivek’s expertise includes helping clients integrate strategy, planning, operations, and technology, as well as deploying global shared services, commercial and marketing centers-of-excellence and agile operations. Over the last 5 years, Vivek has been focusing on building the practice organically through investments as well as M&A; establishing global operations and processes, including activating new centers in Japan, Eastern Europe, and Latin America; building global alliance partnerships; and driving thought leadership.
Prior to joining Indegene, Vivek was heading Tech Mahindra’s Life Sciences business globally. An engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Vivek also holds an MBA from Mumbai University.
Suhas has broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, and financial management. He has 15 years of direct experience working with IT and services companies and financial consulting (audit services) and has a keen interest in start-ups and early-stage hi-growth companies. He specializes in financial analysis and modeling, mergers and acquisition, and international tax. He has been associated with Indegene for over 11 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the Mangalore University and is an Associate Chartered Accountant – Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Tarun has over 27 years of experience and has been associated with Indegene for the past 17+ years. He leads the technology domain at Indegene and his responsibilities include development of technology-based solutions focused on the healthcare industry. His strengths lie in his technological expertise and business acumen, which help in developing various platforms and next-generation IT solutions.
Shouvanik possesses an industry experience of 2 decades and leads Corporate Development at Indegene. He primarily focuses on emerging application of analytics, big data, and digital transformation for life sciences and healthcare Industries. As an early adapter of analytics and insight in marketing, operations, and risk management, he is well versed in incubating new business units for mature corporations. Shouvanik firmly believes in creating value by bringing together diverse, large teams and aligning them to drive stated business goals. Most recently, he served as the COO of the Encima Group prior to its acquisition by Indegene and led the integration of the 2 companies. He holds an Undergraduate Degree in Economics, Statistics & Business from South Gujarat University, India, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mumbai, India.
Marut is a senior healthcare executive who is passionate about growing business and a marketeer focused on enhancing organizational competitiveness. His main areas of expertise include P&L Leadership, business transformation, incubating new businesses, revenue marketing, and finance management. Marut has spent over 13 years in GE Healthcare gaining multiple experiences and also was part of the executive leadership team as Chief Marketing Officer for South Asia and P&L leader for education solutions across South Asia and Africa. Marut is an MBA graduate and an alumnus of IIT, Delhi.
Tim Moore has 30 years of experience in both large and small biopharmaceutical companies. Tim spent 20 of these years at Pfizer where he served in a broad range of commercial functions. Tim was also a partner in strategy consulting where he focused on helping biopharma companies develop and execute unique and successful commercialization strategies. Most recently he was the Chief Commercial Officer of Syqe Medical. Tim is responsible for building and scaling Indegene's emerging biotech business globally by leveraging Indegene's world-class capabilities in R&D, medical, and commercial operations to help emerging biopharma companies deliver their products more successfully, more quickly, and more profitably to patients who desperately need them. Tim graduated from the College of William and Mary and subsequently received an MBA from Xavier University.
Ram brings more than 25 years of life sciences industry experience and expertise spanning clinical development and postmarket support. He is responsible for establishing and growing the Indegene clinical business with a focus on clinical digital transformation initiatives across large pharma and emerging biotech. As an entrepreneur, he earlier cofounded and led the global growth of a full-service CRO. At Indegene, he leverages insights from real-world data, cutting-edge digital technologies, deep domain expertise, and global delivery to orchestrate digital first propositions across data, content, and core clinical development operations. Ram is an alumnus of IIT, Madras.
Pankaj is responsible for Global Operations encompassing Enterprise Technology; Process, Automation, and Risk; and Audit and Compliance functions. His main focus is to strengthen and build future ready organizational systems and processes.
Pankaj is a technologist with deep expertise in transforming/building global operations worldwide. He was involved in managing large programs, setting up global delivery centers advising and managing clients in various geographies. He has also been involved with start-ups in the field of Medical Devices, Social Media, Healthcare, HR Tech, and Artificial Intelligence as a mentor, adviser, and angel investor.
Pankaj has worked with Tech Mahindra, UnitedHealth Group, Fidelity International, and iGATE Global Solutions. He started his career in 1994 with Infosys where he was leading a healthcare account in the United States. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur.
Nancy is an accomplished senior executive and thought leader with over 25 years’ success in the healthcare and biotech industries. She is a passionate and compassionate leader of high-performing teams with deep expertise in designing effective customer marketing strategies and building commercial capabilities while driving innovation and performance.
Most recently Nancy was the VP, Business Transformation at Novartis leading a team dedicated to designing a new commercial model with accountability for Patient Centricity and Integrated Marketing including Data, Insight, Analytics and Technology. Nancy was CEO of Adhera Therapeutics before joining Novartis, and has served on several boards including the Board of Managers for HATCH@Takeda and Eved, a private fintech software firm. Nancy has also held roles of increasing responsibility at Schering-Plough, now Merck, Wyeth, now Pfizer, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Nancy was a member of the ZS Patient Centricity Advisory Board and was also an Advisor to Evolution Road. She currently serves as an Independent Board Member for FemmePharma Consumer Health and is an Advisory Board Member for the Digital Health Coalition.

Jamie Peck has 28 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, exclusively with commercial and marketing services companies. Of those 28 years, he spent nearly 15 years at McCann Worldgroup as Executive Vice President leading the healthcare practice of MRM (McCann Relationship Marketing), helping them to transform and drive digital maturity amongst McCann’s clients including, J&J, Pfizer, BMS, and GSK. In his next role after McCann, Jamie served as the Managing Partner for the Rosetta (Publicis) healthcare vertical, servicing many of the same clients as well as numerous start-up life science organizations. Rosetta was ultimately acquired by Publicis.
After a period at W2O group, Jamie joined Indegene in 2017 to help lead the Co-commercialization along with iON, Indegene’s creative agency, leveraging Indegene’s proprietary insights around healthcare professional digital affinity and consumption behaviors to help drive positive business impact. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Hobart College.
Junaid leads the HCP and Patient Omnichannel Customer Experience Campaign Strategy and Operations at Indegene. Throughout his career, Junaid has been partnering with life sciences and consumer services brands to engage and generate conversations with their customers. Junaid's focus has been on creating tactical strategy, channel management, campaign management, digital media, database, and analytics. He helps design impactful patient and HCP campaigns across channels and tactics using relevant and personalized content. He leads an amazingly talented team of omnichannel strategy and operations experts.

Bina leads the Human Resources unit of Indegene. She has over 22 years of experience, including over 11 years of experience at Indegene, in Talent Management, Team Development, and Global Systems. Marc has over 25 years of experience in healthcare. This includes sales, US and global brand marketing, sales and marketing operations, CRM, CLM, and multichannel marketing for HCPs and consumers at Bayer, Sanofi, and Pfizer. He joined Indegene in 2012 and serves as VP of Strategy and Applied Digital Transformation, partnering with clients to drive and accelerate digital maturity and new commercialization models.

Saurabh has worked on new commercial models and has addressed the challenges within the pharma industry around engagement with the key stakeholders. With over 17 years of industry experience, he has helped industry players to engage stakeholders (HCPs/Nurses/Pharmacists/Payers/Internal Reps/Patients, and other teams) in a more engaging manner through various digital channels and media. He has also established Medical Engagement Centers for Multichannel Marketing (MCM), Medical Information Management (MIM), and Patient Engagement Programs across the globe. Saurabh also has a strong interest in accredited CME programs; he has worked extensively on CME/CPD projects across Asia Pacific (India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Philippines) and Europe, with the respective International Center of Excellence. Nitin leads Indegene's commercial innovation through a variety of transformative digital solutions & enabled services around emerging commercial models in life sciences. Nitin has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a postgraduate diploma in industrial management.
Kay leads the field medical services line for Indegene. She has nearly 20 years' experience in medical affairs for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry with leadership of and expertise in field medical teams, medical information and communication, medical affairs operations, management consulting, and operational excellence. Her focus has been on scientific communication and insights identification to optimize patient outcomes. She holds a PharmD from the University of North Carolina and an MA in bioethics and healthcare policy from Loyola University in Chicago.
Sudip is focused on building operational capabilities and next-gen solutions to drive success for Indegene's Digital CRO through capability building, innovation, delivery, resourcing, and site partnerships to drive business growth.
Sudip has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations such as Novartis, AstraZeneca, Merck, and others. His expertise lies in building long-term strategic client relationships, developing strategic road maps for sustained business growth, and managing the Global Quality Assurance Function, ensuring compliance at site and country levels.
Sudip has monitored a large number of Phase I to IV clinical studies across therapeutic areas in various roles and capacities in Asia, the United States, and the European Union. He has expertise in successfully deconstructing complex situations into comprehensible streamlined process workflows at past companies, which resulted in increased revenue, reduced cycle time, and improved productivity and profitability.

Howard is responsible for the Business Development and Strategy for Indegene's biotech sector business globally. Before joining Indegene, he was Vice President of Pfizer's Patient Health & Impact group, where he led Global HEOR, MA, and Pricing for Pfizer's largest business unit. In his 31-year stint at Pfizer, Howard held numerous commercial and operational roles, including sales leadership, leadership development, and senior roles in a start-up business unit.
At Indegene, Howard will focus on partnering with emerging biotech companies to deliver their products, to the patients who desperately need them, efficiently and cost-effectively by leveraging our capabilities in R&D, medical, and commercial. He will also help drive the expansion of Indegene's comprehensive market access unit. Howard holds a bachelor's degree from The College of William and Mary, USA, and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, USA. He is also the recipient of the prestigious L. Jones Tucker Award (1988-1989).
Soundarya is responsible for overall planning, forecasting, and reporting of financial and operation metrics for the company. She drives consensus among multiple stakeholders based on future needs by partnering with Indegene's various business units, enabling functions, the executive leadership, and the board.
Soundarya comes from GE Healthcare, where she was leading Financial Planning and Analysis for South Asia. She managed relations with executive leadership and joint venture partners, led "Make in India" initiatives, and enabled government advocacy and new partnerships. Soundarya has been part of GE's Leadership Programs – Finance Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff and also led GE Women's Network for Healthcare sites. She also has prior work experience with TVS Motors and Hewlett Packard. Soundarya is a qualified Cost & Works Accountant and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research.
Vishal has a judicious mix of corporate and academic backgrounds, which he brings to our strategic Human Resources function. In a career spanning 22 years, he has worked in industries such as IT services, Fintech and Retail while handling diverse roles in HR, Sales, and Consulting. His passion for people and people development has seen him handle global roles in Leadership, Talent, Culture and Organization Development in companies such as Paytm, Wipro and iDiscoveri, an education and learning start-up. He has published in international journals and presented in international conferences. Vishal holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a PhD in Organization Capability from IIM Bangalore
Nikesh leads the Safety and the Pricing, Reimbursement, Market Access & HEOR businesses for Indegene. He is also responsible for Marketing, Presales, and Strategic Initiatives for the Indegene Enterprise Medical BU. Nikesh is responsible for revenue growth (organic and inorganic), operations, and innovation. He recently completed the acquisition of a PRMA advisory firm (MME) and successfully integrated the company into Indegene's PRMA business. Previously, Nikesh headed the Corporate Strategy function at Indegene where he worked with the Executive team to identify and execute strategic initiatives for the organization.
Prior to joining Indegene, Nikesh was the COO for the next-generation diagnostics start-up, GenePath Dx. Nikesh has also worked with Infosys BPO and Accenture. Nikesh holds an Engineering degree from Mumbai University and has completed his MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Raghavendra is responsible for Client Delivery Operations within the Commercial BU managing teams across engagements as the leader of Capability and Operations Tower. He is experienced in delivering Transformation Solutions in the digital experience space leveraging mobile, portal, content, and commerce platforms. Raghavendra has incubated several competencies in this space-developing capabilities to serve customers, rolling out new offerings in line with the market needs, and leveraging accelerators and automation assets.
Before joining Indegene, Raghavendra has led Global Practice Delivery across Wipro, Cognizant, and DXC Technology. He holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Mysore.
Jack provides critical global support for strategic marketing and pricing decisions to clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. As a recognized expert consultant since 2001, he has successfully completed engagements encompassing many product classes and therapeutic areas that centered on value and its interaction with pricing, payers, reimbursement, and marketing, in general, at both MME and predecessor organizations.
During his tenure at Roche Laboratories Inc., Jack established the company’s Pharmaceutical Pricing and Contracting Department. As the director of this group, he successfully increased the size and scope of the group’s activities dramatically to cover a multitude of strategic, tactical, and operational issues involving pricing, reimbursement, and discounting in both the United States and other major global markets.
Previously, Jack spent 10 years as a commercial banker in corporate lending, managing relationships for customers ranging in size from multibillion dollar organizations to entrepreneurial firms and not-for-profit organizations. Jack received a BS in Finance from Lehigh University.
Amit helps biopharmaceutical companies in developing optimal launch, market access, pricing, reimbursement, contracting strategies, and tactics. He has experience in a broad array of disease and therapeutic areas, involving large and small molecules. With training in pharmacy, pharmaceutical marketing, and marketing research, Amit leads projects that help examine product level clinical and economic value, demand, pricing, and sales.
Amit has several peer-reviewed publications and has published in multiple areas including physician and patient decision-making, health economics, price controls, customer relationship marketing, marketing ethics, and policy. Amit likes to teach and mentor students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has Adjunct Professor positions at the University of Mississippi, University of Southern California, and Manipal University.
Amit holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai, MET Institute of Pharmacy, an MS in Pharmaceutical Marketing from St. John’s University, New York, and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Mississippi.
Within Indegene, Kevin brings his experience to bear by helping clients to navigate through the complex world of healthcare institutions and physician practice issues, including reimbursement and the ways in which pricing and marketing programs affect decisions in those settings. With his practical experience in the hospital and community practice settings, he has led many of our provider-based technology projects for the past several years. His client base focuses on specialty product in the orphan and oncology/hematology markets providing strategic pricing, reimbursement, and market access consulting for large and small companies.
Previously, Kevin has held positions with Ernst & Young, LLP, and with Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, Inc., where he was the Director of Finance for Ambulatory Operations, Inc. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
Vikas is responsible for the Enterprise Technology Office (ETO) for the next-generation product development and technical management of Content Supply, Safety, Transformative Software Solutions, Testing, and Automation functions. His primary focus is to strengthen and build future ready enterprise technology products.
Vikas has deep expertise in handling tools and technology portfolios and improving the automation majority levels of organizations using Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning (AI/DL), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cloud Platforms, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Process Management (BPM) platforms.
He has more than 25 years of experience managing large programs, implementations, support, and migrations spanning different time zones. He has expertise in setting up new accounts, handling large teams, and building client relationships.

Karthik Kannappan (KK) is the Vice president and Group General Counsel of Indegene. He leads the legal and compliance function for our company and its global operation. He is a strategic business partner ensuring success for Indegene in legal and regulatory matters, while spearheading its compliance and ethics program.
Karthik is a seasoned professional with more than 16 years of experience, both as General Counsel at a large IT/ITES services company and Deputy General Counsel as well as Global Head of Ethics and Compliance at a leading global biosimilars company with several in-market and in-development biosimilars including monoclonal antibodies for cancer and autoimmune diseases, insulin, and insulin analogs for diabetes and conjugated recombinant proteins.
Recognized as a Board Certified Medical Affairs Specialist (BCMASTM), he mastered the industry standard of knowledge through intense study, self-assessment, and practical application, qualified to advise on various legal aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, medical device, diagnostics, and biotechnology companies.

Jitesh heads the Enterprise Informatics Office (EIO) within the technology function at Indegene. EIO is focused on advancing digital tech solutions to tap growth through a modern data stack, advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation as the differentiator. Jitesh is responsible for creating and integrating proprietary software, artificial intelligence, and data assets that drive revenue and efficiency within Indegene key businesses while significantly improving margins.
Jitesh has more than 25 years of experience in business and digital tech acceleration. He brings expertise in data ecosystems, data engineering, data science, Dev/MLOps along with product development and research. Jitesh held leadership roles in Evalueserve before joining Indegene. His other experiences are in the area of enterprise web application development and systems integration.
Jitesh holds a graduate degree in computer science and engineering from Utkal University and a masters in international business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
Pratik leads our product strategy and is responsible for Indegene’s IP portfolio, establishing CIO offerings, building product roadmaps in our key businesses, and identifying newer areas for nonlinear growth.
Pratik has 25 years of industry experience, including 16 years of life sciences industry experience in driving digital transformation, managing P&L, building new capability, and sustaining long-term growth across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and India. Before joining Indegene, Pratik was responsible for managing a $250 million P&L spanning across 50 customers and worked as Chief Digital Officer at Cognizant Life Sciences. Pratik led the acquisition of Zenith Technologies in 2019 and Cadient Agency in 2014. Earlier, he has also worked with Sapient (now part of Publicis) and CSC (now DXC).
Pratik has completed his bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from SGSITS Indore and MBA from IIM Bangalore.
As a pharmacist, Bill PhD, has held a variety of positions within the healthcare industry including pharmaceutical consulting, marketing research as well as both hospital and community pharmacy practice. Since 2001 at MME, an Indegene Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access business, Bill has developed pricing strategies for biopharmaceuticals at both the US level and multinational level. His interest in healthcare decision-making has driven the development and growth of MME’s market and pricing research arm. Prior to joining MME, he served as Vice President of Operations for a medical device firm.
Bill graduated from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy and holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Marketing from the University of Mississippi. He currently holds an adjunct appointment in the Department of Pharmacy Administration as an assistant professor. He has more than 25 peer-reviewed articles and presentations.
