The Solution

Indegene set up a centralized digital factory model to standardize, scale, and accelerate design and development efforts. We then onboarded 30+ agencies globally and collaboratively worked to standardize the design process and identify inconsistencies that could extend the development process

Finally, we leveraged our deep knowledge and expertise in design systems to help drive verification and compliance for agency design efforts
