The Solution

We set up patient data capability by integrating data sets into common data model and created standardized data flows for 80-85% of common business questions.

We then built a comprehensive repository of reusable-code for easy repeatability of analyses which can be deployed across multiple markets and KPIs. 

We also developed dynamic self-service visual tools across multiple data sets, brands and, markets which can be accessed by stakeholder across the enterprise for better decision making.
