MHM e-portal provides health and fitness benefits, health intervention programs, and extended health benefit to the families with a special focus on women. Its flexibility enables convenient access to wellness initiatives. Various online and onsite activities are planned keeping in mind the Health Check Analysis for women, such as cervical test, breast scan, and talk on PCOS and motherhood. The e-portal helps analyze individual reports and usage of wellness benefits by each member and plan targeted actions and other activities to increase usage, including positive reinforcements to those who have availed the benefits of the wellness initiatives.

The counselors conduct sessions twice a month to address the employees’ personal and professional concerns.
